How to buy a new UK supplied car with a FULL UK
WARRANTY for LESS than the price of an import.
Did you know that in
the last few years, UK based car distributors have become so
frightened of imported cars that they have started to offer
their cars cheaper than imports?
And did you also know,
that your local high street dealer
doesn’t even get offered these deals?
It’s true.
Although the
manufacturers wanted to stop imports coming into this country,
they didn’t want to reduce their retail prices any more, because
it would cripple their profit margins.
So what they did was to
approach companies who were importing cars, and said to them “If
you buy directly from us, we’ll give you the same levels of
discount that you were getting from Europe, but with none of the
transportation issues”.
They then added the benefits that would help
to make their product look more attractive than imports by
saying “As well as getting cars at the same price but without
transport hassles, you will also be able to tell your customers
that they can have a UK supplied car, with a full three year
warranty, the same as all high street dealers offer.”
Here’s the real killer
though; to get their cars, these former importers have to go to
their local high street dealer! They pay the price that the
dealers would charge you, and the manufacturer then sends them
the extra discount back as a payment each month.

So someone who used to
import cars can now go to a dealer, buy from that dealer, and
then sell it to you for thousands of pounds less than he paid
for it, and the manufacturer will give him the money back, plus
a bit more to cover his own profit margin.
And guess what? The
dealer can’t compete if you walk into their
showroom!
Why? Because these
extra discounts are only available to the companies who used to
sell imports, and who have agreed extra discounts (they call
them ‘terms’) with the manufacturers.
There’s usually a
condition put on the very high volume sellers, and that is that
the car must be registered in their own name for anywhere
between three and six months, but as the discounts are so much
greater, they more than compensate for your being the second
owner when you buy from them.
Car buyers who aren’t
aware of how the system works are paying hugely over the odds
because they think that unless they buy from a dealer they won’t
get any backup.
But in reality, they
can approach one of these former importers and buy their car,
and their local dealer actually wants to look
after the car for them, because of the profit that they make in
service and repairs.
So when you buy your
next car, don’t pay showroom prices when you can have
so
much more for so much less.
